About Interactive Tutors

Interactive Tutors began in 2011 with a simple belief: every student deserves a teacher who truly understands their curriculum. Francky started with a small studio in Sheung Wan and a handful of home visits in Sai Kung. Word spread quickly — the first clients referred their friends, who referred more friends in turn. Within a year the studio moved to a larger space nearby. A year after that, demand outgrew the new studio too, and we rented a second office on the same street. A year on, we left both and moved into a proper centre in Sheung Wan, where we stayed for three years.

In 2016, we opened an additional office in Wan Chai; in 2018, Wan Chai became our official headquarters. We still have the same founding belief — that curriculum-specific expertise is what separates good tutoring from great results. A student preparing for IB Math HL faces completely different challenges from one revising for IGCSE or the SAT, and every lesson plan we write reflects that.

Today we cover 10 distinct math programmes, from Common Entrance admissions prep through to AP Calculus. Our tutors are full-time professionals — not part-time students — and every one of them is hired for their knowledge of the specific syllabus they teach.
