The digital SAT Math section is shorter than the old paper test, but it is still very structured. Week 5: official question-bank work and module practice
Use the official Student Question Bank to build targeted sets from the weakest domains. Then do timed module-level practice. The goal here is accuracy under pressure, especially in the first module.
Week 6: full-test week
Finish with one or two more full Bluebook tests under proper timing. Review them hard. The schedule only works if each test changes what the student does next.
How much study time is enough
College Board says that 15 to 30 minutes a few days each week is a useful rhythm for many students. It also says that 6 to 8 hours of Official SAT Practice is associated with a 90-point score increase, while 20 hours is associated with a 115-point gain. Those numbers are not a guarantee, but they are a good reminder that steady work usually beats erratic cramming.
What to use and what to avoid
Build the schedule around official materials first: Bluebook for full tests, Official SAT Prep on Khan Academy for skill review, and the Student Question Bank for targeted practice. Third-party resources can help, but they should not replace the official format in summer.
